Today I earned the above title "Worst Mom Ever" from Einey. I really didn't do anything wrong, I just didn't do what she wanted me to do.
I sent her upstairs to get dressed so we could head to church. Only she wanted to sit and watch Pokemon. She was in tears as she told me it was the worse day of her life and that I was the "worst mom she ever had!". I still made her get dressed and we went to church. At church she was snuggling into me and told me she stilled loved me, even though she was mad at me. By the time church ended, she said she wasn't mad at me.
Hopefully, she'll learn that she cannot always have things her way.

Hey, I thought I was the WORST MOTHER EVAH! I even have it in writing (honest; but worst is 'wurst' which makes me think of sausage).
Luckily, when they say things like this or the even worse, "I hate you!", it is said in a vacuum of time that ends almost as soon as it begins. And, the 'kiss and make up' part is even more wonderful.
I haven't earned that honor yet, but after I told my very sulky four year old today that I loved him, he told me that he didn't love me. I told him I was sorry to hear that and that I still loved him. A few minutes later, after he calmed down, he told me that he had changed his mind.
